James Little is a South Walton real estate professional serving 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, Freeport, and the surrounding Emerald Coast communities.

Before entering real estate, James spent years in business, sales, and leadership, including building and operating businesses in South Florida. That experience shaped the way he approaches real estate today: listen carefully, communicate clearly, negotiate confidently, and treat every client’s money and goals as seriously as he would his own.

After years in Naples, James and his wife, Angie, made the move to Northwest Florida—a part of the state James had been visiting with his family since childhood. Today, he combines his knowledge of Florida with a genuine appreciation for everything that makes South Walton special.

James works with buyers, sellers, investors, and families looking for everything from a primary residence or second home to vacation-rental and long-term investment opportunities. He particularly enjoys helping clients look beyond the listing itself—considering location, value, potential, and how a property fits into their larger financial and lifestyle goals.

Outside of real estate, James is happiest spending time with Angie, their crew of rescued dogs, and their large extended family. They love the beach, fishing, snow skiing, traveling, and just about anything outdoors. James is also a U.S. Army veteran, and his Christian faith is central to the way he approaches his family, his work, and the people he serves.
